We are seeking a Senior Care Professional to join our team at Creative Support in Carlisle. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced individual to provide high-quality care and support to older adults.
About the role:
- Support the management of a small 27 bed residential care home in Carlisle.
- Provide 24 hour support for older adults with varying needs.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care.
Key skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Experience working in a care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
