About the Job: We are currently seeking a Senior C# WPF developer to play a crucial role in our team of 14. In this hands-on position, you will oversee and mentor a section of developers while contributing directly to the development of our suite of desktop applications and embedded software that powers our revolutionary device. Your expertise will drive improvements across full life-cycle development, including desktop, embedded and future web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor team members while actively participating in hands-on development.
  • Develop and enhance desktop applications and embedded software using C# WPF.
  • Design and implement complex algorithms, image analysis, and machine learning features.
  • Collaborate on graphics-intensive projects, provide code reviews, and support team members.
  • Engage in requirement gathering, software build processes, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with C# WPF, demonstrating strong technical skills and a people-focused approach.
  • Solid background in source control, Agile methodologies, and technical best practices.
