Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce Diploma (or equivalent) and either hold or be committed to completing their Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management for health & social care children & young people services.

They will also have a minimum two years' experience working in social care, with experience leading and motivating a staff team and knowledge of legislation and Ofsted requirements.
