Telehandler and Materials Coordinator

At untypical, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional standards in design, build quality, and service for our customers. As a Telehandler and Materials Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly communicate with the Site Manager to stay up-to-date with any changes to the construction programme.
  • Advise the Site Manager of any shortages of blocks, bricks, and silo mix to prevent construction delays.
  • Ensure all deliveries are checked for quality and correct quantities when delivered, and record any defective or short deliveries in conjunction with the Site Manager and Materials Controller.
  • Perform daily and weekly inspections of the forklift and record any maintenance issues in the Plant Register.
  • Previous experience of working on large domestic volume house building sites is essential.
  • A valid FLT driver's license and full UK driving license are required.
  • A current and appropriate CPCS card is necessary.
