- Significant experience leading architectural system designs.

- Experience fostering strong engineering cultures, DevOps Culture, TDD Culture, etc.
- Vision and drive to push toward CI/CD and further automation across the platforms.
- Growth mindset experience and encouraging it within others.
- Experience working with the following technologies/stack: Microservices, Backend-For-Frontend, JavaScript/TypeScript, React 17+, Modern CSS, such as Tailwind, CSS-in-JS, GraphQL/OpenAPI, NodeJS.
- Previous experience with the following is a bonus: Cross-platform technologies such as React Native/Expo, Azure technologies, Jest/Vitest, Cypress/Playwright, NextJS and Vercel technologies, React Server Components, React Query, Zod, Storybook, Vite/Webpack.
