Job Description

This luxury cosmetics brand is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to their CEO, COO, and wider team.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and dedicated professional with a minimum of four years of experience in EA/PA roles. They will be responsible for managing projects, aiding communication, working to tight deadlines, and providing traditional EA support.

The company is looking for someone to join their team in West London, working 5 days a week. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a sustainable and luxury brand, and to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, COO, and wider team
  • Manage projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Aid communication and ensure smooth workflow
  • Provide traditional EA support, including calendar management and travel arrangements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of four years of experience in EA/PA roles
  • Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
