**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Team Assistant to join our Service Operations team in Bicester. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, including managing timesheets, onboarding procedures, and providing administrative support to our consultants.

The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities, and a can-do attitude. In this role, you will establish deep knowledge of our software to help deploy the portal successfully, manage timesheet information and enquiries, and support consultants with day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operations, including managing timesheets and onboarding procedures
  • Provide administrative support to consultants
  • Liaise with customer teams and candidates

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills and excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads
  • Knowledge of compliance, timesheeting, and financial software (an advantage)
  • Prior support desk experience (an advantage)
