Job Title: In-Store Cleaning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-Store Cleaning Manager to join our team at PDA Search and Selection Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners in a fast-paced retail supermarket environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cleaning services within the retail supermarket, controlling labor, chemical, and equipment orders to meet cleaning standards.
  • Adhere to all company Health & Safety Rules and Regulations, maintaining appropriate documentation to comply with HR policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven background in Cleaning Management within a fast-paced retail environment or supervisory experience looking to step into management.
  • Management experience is essential, and candidates with supervisory experience of staff, payroll, and rotas are encouraged to apply.
Working Conditions:

The role will involve working 36 hours a week, 6 days out of 7, with early morning starts. Driving is preferred, but candidates living locally to the store who can arrive by 5am will be considered.

An immediate start is available, and interviews will be conducted as soon as possible.
