About the Role

AJ Chambers is proud to partner with a leading national law firm, seeking to expand its real estate team in Norwich by hiring a skilled administrative assistant.

The firm is looking to hire for its commercial and residential property teams, requiring a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the solicitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation: Create accurate and well-formatted documents, including copy-typing manuscript amendments, producing new versions, and preparing comparisons against previous versions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to the solicitors, including answering phone calls, taking accurate messages, and making appointments.
  • File Management: Efficiently manage client/matter files, including general filing, ID checks, preparing client engagement letters, and terms and conditions.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, maintain the manager/fee earner's diary, and support fee earners with accounting and billing processes.
