Job Description:

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee drinks that exceed our customers' expectations. You will work closely with your team to maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting exceptional coffee drinks using sustainably sourced beans
  • Serving customers with a smile and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining health and safety standards across the store
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance

Requirements:

To be successful as a Barista at Costa Coffee, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You must also have the ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of energy throughout your shift.
