Account Management Director

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our London team and drive growth of existing accounts. With a strong track record of achievement, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and developing strategies to retain and grow our client base.
Salary: Basic £60,000 - £70,000 + OTE £65,000
Responsibilities- Manage a team of 5-6 sales representatives in account management
- Report strategic and performance-related data
- Develop and implement account planning strategies
- Motivate, train, and develop the sales team
- Pipeline management and accuracy
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in account management
- 2+ years of sales management experience
- Experience selling into biopharma/life science sectors beneficial
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Pro-active, ambitious, and good motivator
