About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enabling Support Worker to join our team at Keefield Close, a residential care home for adults with profound physical and intellectual disabilities.

As an Enabling Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support and encouragement to our residents, working closely with them and their support plans to ensure their needs are met.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, administering personal care and medication, and covering sleep-in sessions. In return, you will receive a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including a welcome bonus, birthday leave, and a pension scheme.
