Mortgage Advisor Job Description

This employed Mortgage Advisor role is a fantastic opportunity to receive a regular flow of pre-qualified appointments and leads per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice to clients through a mixture of face-to-face, video, and telephone methods
  • Work with a team to achieve 2 mortgages per week with 50% protection cross-sale
  • Generate further appointments through branch enquiries
  • Provide mortgage administration support
  • Participate in full induction training and ongoing mentoring
Requirements:
  • Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification and 12+ months' experience as a Mortgage Advisor
  • Experience of written business of £75,000+
  • Excellent customer service standards
  • Full driving licence and access to own transport
