Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months Sales Negotiator experience and a genuine passion for the property industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering Buyers / Vendors / Landlords / Tenants.
  • Identify client requirements & matching to our property portfolio.
  • Arrange and carry out viewings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, with regular client contact.
  • Successfully negotiate between Vendor/Buyer & Landlord/Tenant.
  • Assisting in the smooth running of the branch.

Package and Benefits:

  • OTE £28k - 35k+ Basic & Commission.
  • Quarterly branch reward scheme.
  • Call performance bonus.
  • Car allowance £2000pa (Plus petrol allowance paid for travel mileage at 45p per mile).
  • 5 day working week (Saturday included with day off in the week).
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
  • Support package to gain Propertymark NAEA/ARLA qualification.
