We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Residential Services Department as an Student Accommodation Office Adviser.

The ideal candidate will be required to provide an efficient and consistently high-quality service to all students, prospective students, and staff at all levels across Imperial.

The role involves advising undergraduate and postgraduate students on all aspects of accommodation while studying at Imperial, including room allocation into halls of residence and information and support on accommodation available in the private sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team providing support services to students, prospective students, and staff at Imperial College London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing advice and guidance to undergraduate and postgraduate students on all aspects of accommodation while studying at Imperial
  • Managing projects, including planning events throughout the year to provide advice to prospective and current students on all aspects of accommodation and for those moving from Imperial accommodation into the private sector
  • Managing the summer accommodation requirements and the Rent Guarantee Scheme
Requirements
  • A Level or equivalent or evidenced experience in a similar role, preferably in Higher or Further Education
  • Experience of working in a busy customer focused environment
  • A high level of literacy and the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £43,000 - £49,000 per annum, plus benefits, including career development training, a company pension scheme, a reduced rate in our sports centre, interest-free season ticket/cycle loan schemes, and the opportunity to continue your career at a world-leading institution.
