Company Overview

A reputable company specializing in the fire and security industry is seeking a skilled Fire and Security Systems Installation Engineer to join their team. As a Fire and Security Systems Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, service, repair, fault-finding, and maintenance of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
  • Take responsibility for the overall quality of work delivered on-site
  • Carry out effective communications with clients and administration teams
  • Ensure the company meets its obligations and adheres to guidelines and regulations laid down by professional bodies
  • Work closely with other engineers and provide support and training to junior team members
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience working in a similar role
  • Good understanding of most systems, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control
  • Knowledge of a range of manufacturers
  • Willingness to learn new systems
  • Full UK driving license or equivalent
  • Drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
  • Positive attitude and ability to self-motivate
  • Experience of an electrical background would be an advantage
