We are seeking a skilled and passionate practitioner to join our SEMH Inclusion Service in Herefordshire.
The successful applicant will provide direct support to children with complex SEMH Needs in local schools, assisting school staff to develop and implement effective strategies. Predominately these will be children who may be at risk of exclusion and who require targeted support and intervention to remain in their mainstream setting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing direct support to children with complex SEMH Needs
- Assisting school staff to develop and implement effective strategies
- Delivering bespoke interventions planned around the child's individual needs
About the Role:
The successful candidate will hold demonstrable skills and experience of supporting the needs of children and young people with challenging, distressed or disruptive behaviour and emotional difficulties.
