At Compass Group UK & Ireland, we're committed to excellence in healthcare catering and service operations. We're currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional food experiences and world-class customer service.

About the Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare catering services, ensuring that our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our management team to exceed expectations, motivate and lead your team, manage inventories and budgets, and implement action plans to drive business growth.

You will also be responsible for managing the tills, processing payments, supporting and training our teams, and representing Compass Group UK & Ireland in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the management team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Motivate and lead your team to achieve exceptional results
  • Manage inventories, monitor budgets, and implement action plans to drive business growth
  • Manage the tills and process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Support and train our teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
  • Represent Compass Group UK & Ireland in a positive and professional manner
Requirements

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has previous experience in a similar role. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and have a proven track record of achieving results.

In addition, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a healthcare setting
  • Experience managing teams and leading them to achieve exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and implement action plans to drive business growth

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
