About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and supervise the provision of high-quality care, in conjunction with our residents.
  • Ensure residents retain their dignity and individuality.
  • Contribute to the general activities of the care home/unit.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff members, and visitors.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a care environment.
  • A genuine interest in and experience of working with people in a care setting.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • A team player with a willingness to participate in vocational training programs.
