We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Manager to join our Compliance team at Tokio Marine Kiln. As a key member of the team, you will assist the Head of Compliance in managing the firm's compliance framework and activities, providing licensing, sanctions, and financial crime advice to the business.

The role includes responsibilities such as providing oral and written compliance advice to the business on regulatory and financial crime matters, identifying, analysing, and escalating potential areas of concern. You will also be expected to communicate compliance requirements and expectations throughout the organisation, promoting a good compliance culture and raising awareness of regulatory risk.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to build and maintain good relationships, and be proactive, pragmatic, and persuasive. They must also be inquisitive and analytical with good research skills and be able to show attention to detail.
