Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the head chef with menu planning, ingredient ordering, and inventory management. You will also be involved in kitchen maintenance, health and safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant. You should also possess excellent time management skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits
