College Custodian

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a College Custodian.

As a College Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our college properties, including our 6 college sites across Halesowen/West Midlands. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our college buildings.
• Cleaning up spills and messes immediately.
• Coordinating maintenance tasks with our facilities team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in janitorial, maintenance, or handyman roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
