Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team at Buildout Recruitment. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of groundworks and civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting out and cross-checking CAD information to ensure accurate project execution
  • Conducting photo-based dilapidation surveys and topography surveys to identify site conditions
  • Providing technical guidance to the site team to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
  • Ensuring quality assurance and record-keeping, including S104 and S38 surveys and street works applications
