Job Title: Sales Director

Bellway plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join their team in Durham. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales department to achieve targets and forecasts within specified timescales and budgets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to improve overall sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to deliver the company's 3-year forecast.
  • Oversee the sales department's financial matters, including pricing, forecasting, and budgeting.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading a successful sales team in the new homes property sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
