Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and efficient Building Maintenance Operative to join our team at Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out routine building maintenance tasks, ensuring that our facilities are always in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular checks on building equipment and systems;

  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as required;

  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard;

  • Report any issues or concerns to management;

Requirements:

  • A valid CSCS card is mandatory;

  • Traffic Marshall/Banksman certifications are beneficial but not essential;

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of £28, including holiday pay, and enjoy a flexible working schedule with 5-6 shifts per week.
