Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Fire Safety Systems Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the South of England. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for attending customer sites to fulfill business contracts, completing planned preventive maintenances of fire safety systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Attend customer sites to fulfill business contracts
* Complete planned preventive maintenances of fire safety systems
* Ensure compliance with industry standards
* Respond to emergency call outs and unscheduled work
* Complete service worksheets and company documents
* Proactively feed back on-site issues and non-compliances
* Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

* FIA Foundation with extensive knowledge of BS5839
* Modification of Fire Safety Systems configuration
* Customer service focussed
* Desired Skills and Training resources
