**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver outstanding customer service, leading to exceptional member satisfaction
* Work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues, and customers safe
* Identify and resolve issues before they escalate
* Collaborate with the leisure team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
