As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading the night care team and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the night care team and delegating tasks effectively
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents at all times
  • Providing high-quality care and support to residents with dementia
  • Collaborating with the day team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in resident condition

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.52ph, with a premium of £0.50ph for weekend shifts.
