About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Centurion Selection, based in London. As a specialist recruiter for the Construction and Property space, we deliver high-calibre talent to our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with hiring managers to devise effective hiring strategies.
  • Developing and implementing our advertising strategy to ensure current, relevant adverts.
  • Utilizing headhunting techniques to access top talent in the market.
  • Arranging and conducting interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with company values.
  • Managing the offer process for new recruits through to successful start, including references and aftercare.
  • Managing the onboarding process for a seamless introduction to the business.
  • Providing regular communication and career guidance to candidates.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Managing a database of potential talent for utilisation when required.
  • Producing clear reports on a regular basis.
  • Conducting competitor analysis exercises and providing feedback to the management team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment gained within an internal recruitment role or agency.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and goals.
  • Capacity to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
  • Able to maintain discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Salary and Benefits

This full-time role is based in our office near London Bridge, Monday to Friday. Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
