Job Title: Early Years Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Tutor to join our team at the LMP Group. As an Early Years Tutor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and training to our apprentices, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Apprenticeships: You will be responsible for delivering apprenticeships up to level 5, ensuring that our learners receive a comprehensive and engaging education.
  • Assessment and Feedback: You will assess learner's performance in the workplace and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Employer Engagement: You will work closely with employers to maintain engagement and curriculum sequencing, ensuring that our apprentices receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Progress Reviews: You will carry out regular progress reviews with learners to track their progress towards timely completions.

Requirements:

  • Teaching Qualification: You must hold a teaching qualification at level 3/5 or equivalent and have Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Experience: You must have at least five years' experience working in an education environment, with a demonstrable track record of successful outcomes.
  • Other Requirements: You must have experience working with young people aged 16 plus and have a strong understanding of functional skills, specifically legacy English and Maths.
