Server Engineer Role

The role of Server Engineer at Counter Terrorism Policing involves providing technical support for the National Customer Services Centre (CSC) IT services. This includes maintaining and developing national CTP IT services, tackling operational and project tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of servers, storage, and infrastructure.

As a Server Engineer, you will be part of a team of engineers covering 7am to 7pm weekdays from the CSC technical ops centre and on call (roughly 1 week in 4). The role is office-based with occasional opportunities to work from home. Thanks to the shift structure, this role allows for working compressed hours over a four-day week.
