Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our expanding Real Estate team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading project management commissions and ensuring that client objectives are met.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
- Act as the key client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets.
Scope
Senior Project Managers handle commissions of varying scale and value, up to £40m in value. You'll be responsible for advising at a strategic level, leading project governance, and ensuring the production of formal project progress reports.
Marketing and Business Development
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients.
- Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities.
- Work with Associate Directors and Directors to construct bids for new work.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
