Codex is a rapidly expanding consultancy that offers a wide range of services, including Oracle EPM solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Support Specialist to join our systems team.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring consultant who wants to work on large-scale Oracle EPM projects and grow their career in EPM. The successful candidate will have experience in Oracle EPM and a strong motivation to support the EPM projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance to multiple teams on Oracle solutions, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Support the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle EPM solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Oracle Group Level team.
  • Play a crucial role in troubleshooting errors and resolving issues with EPM solutions.
  • Analyse complex business requirements and provide solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience working with Oracle EPM cloud.
  • Working experience of PBCS, EPBCS, or Hyperion Planning AND/OR FCCS/HFM.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn new solutions and technologies.
