Job Title: Locum Consultant in Respiratory Medicine

Medacs Healthcare is seeking an experienced Consultant in Respiratory Medicine to join our team on a locum basis at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

About the Role:

As a locum Consultant in Respiratory Medicine, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of the respiratory medicine service. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to assess and manage patients with respiratory conditions, including COPD and other complex medical problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients with respiratory conditions
  • Contribute to the development of the respiratory medicine service
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to assess and manage patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Conduct research to improve procedures and outcomes
  • Teach and train junior doctors and medical students
Requirements:
  • Be a GMC registered Doctor
  • Have relevant experience at Consultant level
  • Hold evidence of stand-alone Right to Work in the UK
  • Pass an enhanced background check (DBS)
