Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join our team at Talbots Law.

About the Role:

As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for assisting, conducting, and managing various Commercial Property transactions, including leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages. You will also be drafting, reviewing, and issuing legal documentation, as well as developing a good working knowledge of our case management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of Commercial Property transactions.
  • Draft and review legal documentation, including transaction reports.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Conveyancing process.
  • Support colleagues within the department and liaise with clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in Commercial Property.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including Conveyancing processes.
  • Detail-driven, excellent communication skills, and a motivated team-player.
