Academy Principal

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Principal to lead our team at Bringhurst Primary School. As a Principal, you will be responsible for ensuring the educational success of the school and providing a high-quality educational experience for all children.

The successful candidate will have a strong vision for the school's future and be able to inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and the local community.

The role requires a deep understanding of current educational priorities and research into curriculum and pedagogy. You will be able to demonstrate how these will influence your vision for the school over the coming years.

Bringhurst Primary School is a unique village primary school set in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside. The school has an excellent reputation and is very popular within its local community.

The school was again judged to be securely 'good' at its last inspection and the Trust is seeking to appoint a Principal who can provide the exceptional leadership that will steer the school to even greater success in the future.
