We are seeking a skilled Child Health Nurse to join our team at Harmony Healthcare. As a Child Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with complex needs in the Eastbourne area.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with recent clinical complex care experience to join our team. You will be committed to a person-centred approach to providing care and focused on supporting the child's care needs. You will have a strong background in clinical complex care, preferably in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to children with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the child's needs are met
  • Communicate effectively with families and other healthcare professionals

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • Recent clinical complex care experience
