Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to community members, empowering them to achieve their career goals.
  • Assist clients in developing essential skills, including CV writing, job searching, interview preparation, and application completion.
  • Support clients in building confidence and recognizing their strengths and abilities.
  • Offer IT assistance to clients, ensuring they have the necessary digital skills to succeed.
  • Help clients discover and engage with available education and training opportunities.
  • Facilitate connections with other support agencies and partner organizations, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.
  • Develop and submit funding applications on behalf of clients to secure financial support when needed.

This is a volunteer position that requires a compassionate and organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
