Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (dependent on skill-set and qualifications)

The role of Technical Manager is pivotal in bridging the gap between senior advisers and the technical planning support team. This varied position will be key in ensuring the smooth running and efficiency of the company, encompassing technical paraplanning, management of the wider team, and support to the Financial Planning team.

Our ideal candidate will possess CF30 qualification or be willing to become CF30 qualified, with previous experience as a Paraplanner, preferably for 5+ years. They will have exposure to managing clients of all variety within wealth planning, excellent coaching and motivating skills, and a Level 6 Chartered qualification (ideally).

About the Role:

  • Support a team of Financial Advisers and Chartered Financial Planners
  • Assist with client engagement
  • Conduct data analysis and research
  • Provide technical paraplanning support
  • Manage the financial planning support team
  • Streamline and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
