Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Materials Management to ensure precise inventory levels and performance indicators.
- Direct the Production Planning & Scheduling division to coordinate site planning and production timelines.
- Recognize and mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities, in accordance with risk management strategies.
- Oversee site supply planning in alignment with global Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning.
- Work in partnership with technical and quality assurance teams to resolve supplier challenges and implement corrective measures.
- Propose initiatives for operational enhancement and cost-effectiveness.
- Engage in business system initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Guarantee the accurate management of materials data within ERP systems and spreadsheets.
- Track essential performance metrics and indicators for supplier oversight.
Technical Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in supply chain management within the biologics or cell/gene therapy sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with practical information management expertise.
- Capability to cultivate effective relationships and lead logistics teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of global trade compliance and end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities for effective communication.
