About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team at a leading independent global automotive distributor and retailer. Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Utilise technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve faults
  • Test and inspect vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Suggest and implement improvements to processes and systems
  • Work on electrical and mechanical systems and inspect components for wear and tear
  • Repair and replace parts as required
  • Liaise with customers and support other technicians in the workshop
Requirements
  • Hold a Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair NVQ or equivalent
  • Have a full UK driving licence
  • Prior experience of working to efficiency targets and in a main automotive dealer environment
  • Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
