Assistant Commercial Accountant Job Description

Macildowie Finance is working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit an Assistant Commercial Accountant on a permanent basis.

This role will be a key business partner to the commercial team, operating an integral position linking the finance team with the wider business, including the operational teams.

We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, commercially astute Part Qualified Accountant who is looking to take their career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Part Qualified/working towards a professional qualification
  • At least 2 years' working within finance, with a strong understanding of key finance elements
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and address commercial opportunities
  • Confidence to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Preparing and reviewing financial reports and analysis
