Job Description


We are looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our progressive MEP team in Cardiff. As a team specialising in building services, energy, and sustainability services, we offer a fresh approach to M&E, working collaboratively with the design team and guiding design development.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop technical skills through complex projects
  • Support development of softer skills through our early careers learning and development program: 'The Learning Curve'
  • Participate in design team and client meetings
  • Attend site visits

Requirements



  • Relevant degree and/or Masters qualification in mechanical engineering or building services engineering
  • Driven, hardworking, productive, and determined individual
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong IT competencies, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to new software
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
  • Prior industry experience is an advantage but not essential
