About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Altogether Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives by providing support and assistance to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist people in their own homes to live independently as possible.
  • Empower people to make their own decisions and choices.
  • Provide support with personal care and daily living tasks.
  • Offer physical and emotional support to the people we care for.
  • Help people to participate with daily living activities and appointments.
  • Foster positive relationships with individuals, their families, colleagues, and other professionals.
