About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Radiotherapy Physicist to join our dynamic team at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Radiotherapy Physics department, you will play a leading role in developing services and implementing cutting-edge technologies to improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement radiotherapy treatment plans, ensuring accurate and safe delivery of treatment to patients.
  • Collaborate with our computing team to develop software solutions and scripts for automation and data analysis.
  • Commission and calibrate radiotherapy equipment, ensuring compliance with quality assurance procedures.
  • Participate in research and development projects, including collaborative work with the University of Oxford and other institutions.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical trials and participate in the implementation of new technologies and treatments.
