Project Manager/Sales Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Project Management professional to join our team at ElringKlinger AG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new projects and managing customer development projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new projects and expand existing customer relationships
- Manage customer development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and success
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in sales and project management
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in sales and project management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and project management, with a strong understanding of business development and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
