Annual Salary Range: £34,500 - £41,500


About the Opportunity:We are seeking a talented Town Planner to join our dynamic team in Warrington. As a key member of our team, you will work on impactful projects across various sectors, including energy, residential, commercial, mixed-use, minerals, infrastructure, and utilities.
Job Role:You will be responsible for delivering creative and sustainable solutions for diverse projects, working closely with ecologists, hydrologists, and other planning professionals. This will involve preparing and managing planning applications, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and providing strategic advice on planning policy and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement planning strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  3. Provide expert advice on planning policy and legislation to ensure compliance and success.

Requirements:
  1. A degree in Town Planning or a related field and membership (or eligibility for membership) of the RTPI.
  2. Proven track record in planning consultancy or a similar role, with experience in one or more of our core project areas.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
