We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business intelligence and delivering actionable insights through a data-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Intelligence Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Design and develop impactful reports and dashboards using PowerBI, DAX code, and MQuery to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Database Management: Manage and maintain our databases, including schema development, table denormalization, and data security.
  • ETL and Data Integration: Develop and implement ETL processes to integrate third-party systems and expand our data lake.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, and contribute to the development of best practices for data governance and security.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, including Microsoft SQL Server Management Studios and SSIS packages; strong experience with CSVs, Excel, and Power BI; practical experience with DAX and Python.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent communication, technical, and project management skills; ability to act as a technical liaison with vendors of third-party systems.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on data cleansing, analysis, and privacy.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
