Job Description

We are working with a leading satellite communications company in Edinburgh seeking an experienced RF Systems Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the top-level specification of phased arrays, involving system simulation, algorithm development, and specification writing.

  • Ensure that requirements meet all relevant regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with digital hardware and software teams to integrate and validate algorithms.
  • Develop test and calibration strategies for sub-assemblies of the complete array.

Person Specification:

Essential:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  2. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  3. High energy levels and the ability to work with both commercial and technical employees.
  4. PhD or Master's degree in RF Systems or Communications Theory.
 What We Offer

As an RF Systems Engineer at IC Resources, you can expect a competitive salary of around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
