Job Description

  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure effective delivery of care services

  • Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor and improve service quality, identifying areas for growth and development

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related field
  • Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in mental health settings
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
